Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information GoSpend (gospend.com) collects, why, and what your options are.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages and calculators get used, how people navigate, and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web using Google’s browser opt-out tool.

Cookies

GoSpend uses cookies for basic site functionality (security, caching, and remembering preferences) and for the analytics described above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as well without them.

Comments

If you leave a comment on the site, the comment and its metadata (including the name, email address, and IP address you submit) are retained so we can moderate and respond. Your email address is never published or shared publicly.

Third-party services

GoSpend runs on WordPress with a small set of plugins that connect to outside services, including Google (Analytics and Search Console) and Jetpack (Automattic), which provides security and performance features. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising networks that track you across other sites. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, by emailing contact@gospend.com. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
